Technical Director
Pre Production: Technical department estimating, budgeting and reporting. Research and recommendations for technical improvements to festival operations. Creation and implementation of a Filemaker Pro data base for scheduling performers and equipment.
Production: Supervision of all technical crews including interviewing, hiring and performance appraisals. Acquisitions and installation of all technical equipment. Implementation and supervision of apprentice training program for audio technicians and stage managers.

CIGMO New Media Training Project
CIGMO was the Cultural Industries Groups and Membership Organization.
It was a colaboration of these not-for-profit groups:

Manitoba Motion Picture Industry Association
Video Pool
Winnipeg Film Group
The project provided new media development training to cultural industry professionals. We designed a training curriculum and coordinated a series of workshops for the general membership of the CIGMO groups.
A team of 12 industry professionals produced a CD-ROM to promote cultural and performing arts in Manitoba. It is available through the CIGMO groups.
